It is our pleasure to introduce our new staffing company, Blue Agua Staffing. We chose the name of our new endeavor to create an association most people have with the idea of cool blue water that is constant, dependable and extraordinary.
Like our name, we are a different type of company than others doing staffing. Our achievements are completely dependent on the success of our clients, how we treat the contractors we hire, and being supportive teammates to the people with whom we work at Blue Agua.
We are committed to always doing the right thing. We will always make decisions benefitting both clients and contractors. If we were going to be like every other run-of-the-mill staffing company, what would be the point of being anything but remarkable?
At Blue Agua Staffing we created the company and team to be exceptionally different. Our primary focus is to find the right types of clients with whom to engage. We will use time-tested, proven methods to find successful candidates, who fit both the client’s budget and culture. We will learn our client’s business and become trusted advisors for their current and future hiring needs.
